WHAT IS A DISCOUNT CODE?
A discount code is a code containing words, letters or numbers which you can use to apply a discount to your purchase. The amount of the discount is different for different codes.
CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE MORE THAN ONCE?
Not all the discount codes are the same. Some are limited to one use, while others can be used more than once. If you have any questions about your discount code please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer service will honour help you.
HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE TO THE PURCHASE?
If you are using your mobile device to make the purchase there is an option in the checkout that says 'Show order summary', and if you click there the discount code entry box should be visible. If you are using your computer to make the purchase the discount code entry box is visible straight away.
WHY IS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING?
If your discount code is not working you can try several things. Check that there aren’t any typo errors, as this can sometimes be overlooked. If a discount code has expired the discount will not apply. Multiple discount codes will not work together. If you believe that you have a valid discount code and that it is not working please try clearing the cache in the internet browser you are using and try again. CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE FOR A SINGLE PURCHASE?
When using a discount code during checkout, please note that only one discount code can be used per purchase. If you have more than one discount code you can use them for separate purchases.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Yes, you absolutely can track your package. Childz Stuff provides a tracking number that is assigned to your package which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
I CAN’T FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS?
On the rare occasions you can’t find your tracking number please contact our Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will gladly help you with this!
WHY HAS MY TRACKING INFORMATION NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR A WHILE?
As we ship internationally, your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily for review. This kind of delay is relatively rare, but in the occasion, your package is being held up in customs, we suggest you call your country's customs department directly for more information.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
It may depend on the product being purchased or holiday seasons, but we ship most of our orders within 48 hours.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT?
Our standard shipping time is generally 2-4 weeks for USA，CA, AU, UK, DE purchases. Other countries can take an estimated 2-6 weeks due to distance travelling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
ARE THERE ANY DUTY AND TAXES INCLUDED?
Additional duties and taxes are set strictly by your country’s customs authorities. Please contact your country’s customs department to find out their Duty & Tax Policy.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN YOU MAKE A DELIVERY?
If by chance you are not home during the delivery of your package, your parcel will be placed in a suitable and convenient place for you to find upon your return. If there is no safe place where your package could safely wait for your arrival, then the parcel is going to be brought to your local Post Office where it will be ready for you to pick it up!
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
We have warehouses all over the world and depending on which item/items you decide to purchase and their availability in our many international warehouses, they could be shipped in separate packages from separate warehouses, depending on which one has them available for the fastest delivery. If an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
What is 100% Insured & Express Handling Shipping Method?
Besides the standard shipping method, we offer the premium 100% Insured & Express Handling shipping method as well, to ensure complete customer confidence. This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is lost or damaged in transit, your item will be replaced free of charge or we will issue a refund for your item.
By choosing this method you can be sure that purchased products are fully covered from our doorstep to yours.

Please note that our insurance policy extends only to packages in transit. Once the Carrier obtains a signature or completes the delivery confirmation, our coverage ceases.
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
You can make changes to your order but you have to do it fast! We process our orders very quickly (most orders get processed within 24 hours). If you wish to make changes to your order please contact our Customer service at email@example.com ASAP, so that we can check the real-time status of your order and let you know if changes can be made.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
We do not accept cancellations for the change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order for another reason please contact our Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org but you have to do it fast! We process our orders very quickly (most packages get shipped within 48 hours). Once your package has been shipped you we cannot cancel your order.
I HAVE ENTERED WRONG ADDRESS DURING CUSTOMER CHECKOUT. WHAT CAN I DO?
We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time, especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone. In the event that you enter the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, you are solely responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address. Childz Stuff cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD-OUT. WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Sometimes our products get sold-out due to the number of orders. Please visit our store again within a few weeks to see if the product is available again!
DO YOU PRICE MATCH PRODUCTS FOUND ADVERTISED FOR LESS?
We do not do price match. Our products are original. The prices are formed based on the quality of craftsmanship. We do our best to offer a price that is affordable.

WHY DON’T YOU ALWAYS OFFER FREE RETURNS?
This is a good question. Most companies that always offer free returns make up for it in other areas – such as putting up the price of their products. Here at Little Kidz Stuff, we do not want to raise the prices in order to keep the products as affordable as they can be!
